Business-tier accounts are billed monthly, in arrears, for AI estimates run plus completed certified reports. We aggregate usage across all members of your organization and send a single invoice to your billing email. Personal accounts continue to use the per-estimate credit model.

Yes — owners can invite teammates from the Team tab. Invitations are restricted to your organization's email domain to prevent accidental external invites.

A suspended account blocks all members from running new AI estimates and creating new certificate requests. Existing estimates and reports remain fully accessible. Suspension is typically tied to overdue invoices — once payment is arranged, open a support ticket and we'll reactivate within minutes.

AI estimates are anchored to authoritative datasets — FBR property valuation tables and our continuously updated dealer + market medians for vehicles — and return Conservative, Balanced, and Optimistic tiers. They are designed for desktop pricing and pre-deal benchmarking. Certified reports add physical inspection, document verification, and a signed PDF — required when a counterparty needs third-party assurance.

Run an AI estimate first, then click Get Certificate on the result page or from your dashboard. We'll quote a fee, schedule a survey, and deliver a signed PDF within 1–3 business days for typical urban requests. Members of your organization can request reports on behalf of the organization and they'll be billed at the org level.
